Gary DiPaolo

Gary DiPaolo, Corporate Safety Director for Structure Tone, Inc., has more than 20 years experience in the construction field with at least 15 years dedicated specifically to safety.  In his current position, Mr. DiPaolo is responsible for all aspects of the corporate safety program and develops corporate programs based on accountability.  The Structure Tone Companies manage approximately $2.6 billion of construction work throughout the world and are included as a top-rated ENR company.

Prior to this tenure with Structure Tone, he was Vice President of Safety and Health for AMEC Construction.  In addition, Mr. DiPaolo was the Safety/Training Director for the Mason Tenders Training Fund where he was responsible for coordinating with construction workers and companies to implement hazard recognition and training for construction personnel.

Mr. DiPaolo has a B.A. from Iona College and has numerous certifications and affiliations.  He is an approved U.S. Dept. of Labor OSHA Construction Safety Trainer and an approved instructor for Lead Abatement Worker, Asbestos Abatement, and CPR.  Throughout his career he has participated in several training programs including OSHA 5600 Disaster Site Worker Train the Trainer, NIOSH-7400, 40 Hour Hazardous Materials Training Program, Confined Space Entry Training and Hazardous Communication Training to name a few. 

In addition to his SENY Membership, Mr. DiPaolo is a member of the ASSE, National AGC Safety Committee, NYC BTEA Safety Committee Co-Chair, and the ANSI Review Committee.
