Turner Construction is the largest general contractor in the United States with sales volume of $7.0 billion in 2004.  Mr. Falvey is responsible for providing national safety expertise to develop and implement the policies and goals of Turner’s Safety and Health Program and to oversee all aspects of Safety and Health throughout the organization.  Mr. Falvey manages and provides leadership for a team of approximately 160 safety professionals.  Mr. Falvey plays a leadership role in coordinating an integrated approach to loss avoidance with the Operations Group.

SENIOR MANAGER, SAFETY & HEALTH  - THE PEPSI BOTTLING GROUP, INC.

Mr. Falvey was responsible for all aspects of Pepsi’s Safety & Health program including injury prevention, regulatory compliance and vehicle collision prevention for a fleet of 12,000+ vehicles.  He managed a HQ staff of 5 safety professionals and a field network of 46 full-time safety resources.  He also was responsible for a $1.8MM function budget.  He communicated directly with the Senior Team for sponsorship and alignment of Pepsi’s on-going Safety & Health process.
